This blog was prepared and accomplished by Ishani Singhal in her personal capacity. The opinions expressed in this blog are the author's own.

Have you ever faced a problem you couldn’t solve, or a situation you couldn’t stand? How about feeling so down that you just don’t know what to do. Well, this blog about words of wisdom is just for you. Words of wisdom are proverbs or quotes that teach you a little something or stick with you for life. They can help bring you up or help you take control of a situation. They’re like little nuggets of wisdom. It’s important to remember these nuggets of wisdom throughout life. They’ll help you and encourage you through many obstacles you may face. Here are some words of wisdom I love!

Here are some words of wisdom from me:

1. “I never lose, I either win or learn” - Nelson Mandela.

This one is really motivational because it looks at loss in a different perspective. If you do start looking at things this way than you never lose, you always have the opportunity to be better and learn something new.

2. “The best way out is through” - Robert Frost.

Sometimes when you’re in a problem, you want to take the easy way out. You want to go around the problem and ignore it. This idea is the natural response for most people. But as this nugget of wisdom says the best route is through, not around. You will always get better results if you go through figuring it out instead of beating around the bush.

3. “Always do what you are afraid to do” - Ralph Waldo Emerson.

In our lives there is a person that holds us back, makes us afraid to do something. Sometimes, sometimes that person can be ourselves. The only way to break out of the hold of this person is doing what your fear and conquering it.

4. “The best revenge is to be of massive success” - Frank Sinatra.

Remember this when someone tells you, you can’t do something because of stereotypes or prejudices because you can. And the best way to prove them wrong would be to do it and be successful.

As I said before, words of wisdom are little things that stick with you for life and help make you better. They don't have to come from a famous person or a person at all. My favorite nugget of wisdom is from a TV show called Gilmore Girls. This quote reminds you to truly live. To do what you love and not throw yourself into something where you stop enjoying your life because you only get one.

This is my personal favorite:

5. “You can live a hundred years without truly living for a minute” - Logan Huntzberger.

I hope you enjoyed reading and learned a little something from me and my little nuggets. Remember wisdom is all around us. You just have to be inspired by it. Words of wisdom have a way of sinking into our barons and changing our lives for the better.

“Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m Possible’” - Audrey Hepburn.
