Why I’m doing these things? What is the goal of my life? What I’m supposed to be?

Have you ever encountered these questions, Do you also feel that your life has little worth & does insecurity resides upon you as well like a thief in the dark night sky?

Well, then you are no different!

The COVID-19 pandemic was a hard time for the whole world but often these struggling dark phases lead you to go beyond your comfort zone and find a purpose in life. In teenage self-doubt and questioning, self-worth is quite common, but the solution resides within you itself. It all comes down to your Mind, Mindset, and Meditation.

Here Meditation doesn’t just mean sitting in a straight quiet posture for a couple of minutes. But, what it means is how well you implement things and strengthen your inner and outer self by the work you do. Again whether on your inner self (discovering who you are) or physically (Targeted towards your goals).

Neuroscience supposes the mind to be a very complex structure with 86 billion neurons but let's make it simple, it's just your mindset, your determination, your utterance, and your approach towards things.

About 53.2 million new cases of major depression were reported globally, leading to an increment of 27.6% in a covid pandemic. Many found them helpless, suicidal thoughts and negativity wound them up. But, many took that time as an opportunity to discover themselves and found inner peace in them. So basically it's about your approach to things, if we got to sit and cry over things, things won't improve rather diminish ourselves, but if you grab the opportunity and constantly try to evolve, there’s then no way looking back at setbacks, you would flourish for your entire life and always be bestowed by successes in your desired fields.
