When we talk about discrimination, we could see that many groups are affected by it, and one of these is the indigenous groups.
Since always the indigenous groups or communities have had to go through a thousand obstacles to get ahead, this is because of the stereotypes and discrimination the society have unfairly given to them.
Frequency
The United Nations says that “the world's population of indigenous people is around 370 million individuals”, which means that is a lot of people suffering discrimination.
Their quality of life
Every single country is full of Cultural wealth, where these groups seem affected in the economic and social ambits.
Many of them are in extreme poverty conditions and situations where their human rights seem violated.
Obstacles
Many opportunities have been denied to them, some are job positions, access to basic services (water, energy, etc.), education, etc.
Also, we have forgotten that many of these groups have their language, which makes it difficult to have communicated, and people have stopped trying to learn those or to teach them other languages.
Some ways to stop this discrimination could be
Respect every culture.
Give them more access to education.
Embrace every culture.
Learn their languages and traditions.
“If people can't acknowledge the wisdom of indigenous cultures, then that`s their loss” – Jay Griffiths

Hi! I'm Isis, a teenager with so many goals and desires.
Sometimes as teenagers we tend to think that we are not powerful enough to impact on people, that's why I created a project named Blue Tlalli which seeks to make awareness about the environmental crisis.
I have a lot of passions in which I'm trying to be the best at, like speaking many languages, because I already speak Spanish and English, and I am learning Italian and Portuguese. Also some of my hobbies are to dance and to improve at make up. I believe no one is too small to create an impact, that's why I hope you like my blog.

yes, agree with u! Discrimination should be stopped
Love this !
Indigenous cultures are beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
